Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order? Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

What shipping carriers do you use? We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location and order size. Shipping method and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, MyHellaLights ships within the United States and Canada. If you're outside of these regions, please contact us to discuss options.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed? We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately at hellasupport-us@forvia.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do? Please take photos of the damaged packaging and product, then contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging. Items that have been installed or used are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

How do I initiate a return? Email us at [support email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Who covers return shipping costs? Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Do HELLA products come with a warranty? Yes. HELLA products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage varies by product. Please refer to the product documentation included with your purchase or contact us for warranty details on a specific item.

What voids the warranty? Improper installation, modification, use outside the product's intended application, or physical damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect may void the warranty.


Products & Compatibility

How do I know if a HELLA product is compatible with my vehicle? Product listings include fitment and compatibility information where applicable. If you're unsure whether a product fits your specific vehicle, contact us with your year, make, and model and we'll help you find the right fit.

Are HELLA products street legal? Many HELLA driving lights and auxiliary lamps are designed for off-road use only and must comply with local and state regulations when used on public roads. Always check your local laws before installing auxiliary lighting on a street-driven vehicle.

Do HELLA driving lights require a wiring harness? Most HELLA light sets include a wiring harness, but requirements vary by product. Check the individual product listing for included contents, or contact us if you need clarification before purchasing.

What is the difference between the HELLA Blade HP and other HELLA driving lamp series? The HELLA Blade HP series features a distinctive LED position light with razor-sharp contour lighting, an aluminum housing, and a glass fiber (PAA + GF) bracket — designed for both high performance and a bold, premium aesthetic. Other series may differ in beam pattern, housing material, and light output.

Can I purchase replacement parts for my HELLA product? Availability of replacement parts varies. Contact us with your product part number and we'll let you know what's available.


MAP Policy

What is a MAP policy? MAP stands for Minimum Advertised Price. HELLA has established a MAP policy that sets the lowest price at which authorized dealers and resellers may advertise HELLA products.

Why can't I find HELLA products below a certain price online? All authorized HELLA dealers — including MyHellaLights — are required to advertise products at or above the HELLA MAP price. This policy ensures consistent pricing across all authorized channels and protects the integrity of the HELLA brand.

Does the MAP policy apply to the final sale price? The MAP policy governs advertised prices, not the final transaction price. However, we are committed to transparent, fair pricing in line with HELLA's standards.

Dealer & Reseller Information

Can I become an authorized HELLA reseller through MyHellaLights? MyHellaLights is an authorized HELLA dealer. For information about becoming an authorized HELLA reseller yourself, you'll need to contact HELLA Automotive Sales Inc. directly.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing? We work with select resellers and commercial accounts. Contact us at hellasupport-us@forvia.com to discuss volume pricing and eligibility.

I'm a dealer — am I allowed to sell HELLA products below MAP? No. Advertising any HELLA MAP product at a price below the MAP is a violation of HELLA's policy, regardless of the platform or medium. Violations can result in loss of authorized dealer status. Review the full MAP policy for details.

What is the HELLA "Do Not Sell" list? HELLA maintains a list of resellers that authorized dealers are prohibited from selling to. As an authorized dealer, MyHellaLights complies fully with this requirement. If you have questions about this list, contact HELLA at map.hella@forvia.com.
