What's the difference between slim, double row and curved?

A slim bar runs a single row of LEDs in a low-profile housing. A double row bar stacks two rows in a taller housing. A curved bar follows a curved mounting line instead of a straight one.

The range is published as "Combo light: Driving and Flood light illumination combined." The 6.2" Mini Lightbar comes in Spot and Flood.

How do you mount a Black Magic light bar?

Black Magic Tough bars support upright or pendant mounting, and bars longer than 40 inches need a four-point mounting system. Brackets for Black Magic Tough single row and double row bars are sold separately.

Do you need a wiring harness?

Harness requirements vary by product. Check the listing, and see HELLA Lighting Accessories for harnesses sold separately.

How do you check fitment?

Product listings include fitment and compatibility information where applicable. If you're unsure whether a product fits your specific vehicle, contact us with your year, make, and model and we'll help you find the right fit.

HELLA Black Magic is HELLA's LED light bar range, designed for off-road use. Bars run from 20" to 50" in slim single row, double row and curved configurations, with up to 80 LEDs and a combo beam: driving and flood light illumination combined. Many HELLA driving lights and auxiliary lamps are designed for off-road use only and must comply with local and state regulations when used on public roads.

How do you choose a HELLA Black Magic light bar?

Start with the space you can mount it in. Black Magic bars come in 20", 30", 40" and 50" lengths, and the Edgeless Pro range adds 21.5" and 32". Choose slim single row for a low profile, double row for a taller face, and curved where the bar follows a curved mounting line.

Bars longer than 40 inches call for a four-point mounting system.
